Taking the high road w water signs

Particularly Gemini.

I have 2 gems in my life. One a friend and one at work.

I am pretty tough, sometimes I feel I come off too tough with people. They might think I'm made out of steel, but I'm a Scorp and its just not the case deep down. My Taurus moon alows me to brush most wrong doings or negative feelings and stay in balance

When it comes to air signs, I feel like I can have the upper hand per say, but deep down the always get to me.

To my point - recently my gem friend had disappointed me.' Just when I start to get close to her.. I keep my distance but feel like I'm finally getting somewhere with a gem lol. Then she does something I think is just strange and a little underhanded. It's hard for me to take it as face value and it's just gotten to me. This is not the first time around. As a Scorp how do you deal with the strange things gems do? Like stuff that makes you go hmmm? Lol I'm trying to brush it off and be the bigger person by not making a big deal, but in true gem style I want to keep it real and call them out! But truly that's it my character.

Don't take Gems too serious.

Although I get along with them very well, I keep a respectable distance.
It can be very disappointing for a water sign when they forget or don't follow through.
But having grown up with a Female Gem cousin; I have had some very frustrating years as a teen.
However, I deal with it much better now as an adult because I don't take many people and their words very serious at all now.


Unless there are other influences in their chart; Gemini's never grow out of that by the way.

As a Scorp how do you deal with the strange things gems do? Like stuff that makes you go hmmm? Lol I'm trying to brush it off and be the bigger person by not making a big deal, but in true gem style I want to keep it real and call them out! But truly that's it my character.

Well one, I don't brush it off. You stated that this is not the first time around suggesting that this is may be a pattern you are seeing in this person. Therefore, you need to say something to address it or simply walk away and keep this Gem at arms length. While some believe Gem (or air signs in general) are clueless, they are not. Most know exactly what they are doing, but lack the sensitivity to GAF about how their behaviour impacts others. One of my best friends is a Gem and most think he's an assh*le. I know him well enough to know that is not the case. He just isn't (or wont allow himself) to be that emotionally invested in people to care about their feelings. He is logical and emotions have little place beside logic.

Regardless, if this about being clueless or a this person is demonstrating traits that do not sit well with you, honour your feelings and either address it directly or simply distance yourself. To keep setting yourself up to be negatively impacted by this person makes no sense.

Generally, I think I adapt to Gems a bit easier than most Scorps do, so I do not find their behaviour "weird". Annoying at times, yes. Not weird.

Yea with this friend in the past I kept her at arms distance. Over the past 5 months or so she has been more persistent than normal to getting closer to me. Don't know what it is, but it's also been a vulnerable time for me and I was feeling like she was becoming someone I could count on who *cares*

This week I was already realizing that she is pretty controlling. I'm pretty laid back, but i now feel like she may have slightly taken advantage of that. Maybe Neptune got my senses all messed up lol. But yea it's just sad I will never be able to let this girl be close to me. Better to know now than later I guess

Oh no, I actually think air signs act clueless, but I know better. They know a lot. Particularly aquas and gems.

They really just don't gaf I think. It's straight up cold. My gem coworker I'm also keeping him at a distance. He like to provoke me. I will literally be doing my work all day quietly and he feels the need to disturbed me. Like I said I'm pretty chill and let it slide, but one day this week it slipped and I called him a dick!

I have just lost respect for these people. When that happens i can never see you in the same way.

As for this friend, i have avoided her. Eventually I will address it with her. I know she will come around and act like all is well but I'm going to keep it very real with her.

I don't have water sign friends. Well not close friends. I have fire sign friends or friends who are fiery. Usually an Aries.
