I just finished what I think is the best book I have ever read!!! It was so good that I carried it around with me everywhere I went, I slept with it, and ate with it etc...and every chance I could find, I would whip it out and go off in my other little world!!! The author is Wally Lamb, and the title of the novel is 'I Know This Much Is True'. I suggest if you want to enjoy a good read, check this out. It is a heartbreaking story and very true, for me. The story hit very close to home. The words flew off the pages into my heart.

The story line is of two identical twin brothers, one sane and the other not! On their mother's death bed, the sane brother is asked to be the keeper of the other. Love and guilt, anger and fear, resentment and very deep bonds. How does one twin become schizophrenic and the other beats the biochemical rap?

And the best passage that is sure to wet your eyes

"I am not a smart man, particularly, but one day, at long,
last, I stumbled from the dark woods of my own, and my family's, and my country's past, holDing in my hands these truths: that love grows from the
rich loam of forgiveness; that mongrels
make good dogs; that the evidence of God
exsits in the roundness of things.
This much, at least, I've figured out.
I know this much is true.

YEAH!!!! GOTTA TO LOVE IT~ I FEEL TERRIFIC.

I would recommend "The Best Loved Poems Of The American People". It was published waaay back in the day, but the poetry is still great. It's a collection of thousands of poems from lots of authors, some famous/some not so famous and some unknown or anonymous. I would recommend an actual book but I can't remember the titles of any good ones I've read recently. I'm up to about page 10 of Snow Falling On Cedars...looks good so far but it's starting slow. I'm going to stick it out though! I love anything with a good love story involved! : )

Hi my friends,

I do believe that the fingerprints of God are sometimes a paw print!!!

If you liked my story about my dog, which by the way I didn't tell you half of what he has done, then you will enjoy this book.

Animal as Guides for the Soul

By Susan Chernak McElroy

Phoenix she writes from a familiar place, our stomping ground in Oregon!!! She was north on the Columbia River Gourge. This book will put you transport you to a beautiful and truly magical place!!! I have many Native American friends who share these same stories, and they are amazing, but for real!

Have a Good Weekend!

PS: My baby James Taylor has a new album out it is called 'October Rose' for all of you October babes! No. 4 on the boards already!!!!! Enjoy
