Ok Scorpios...help me out. Aquarian woman here. I work with a Scorpio man. I don't really understand our dynamic. Several months ago he started a very odd flirtation with me completely and totally out of the blue. He started texting me frequently and at one point texted me lyrics to a song about wishing I was there with him. I was really confused. I laughed it off basically. We had only been friends...and honestly I knew he had a girlfriend. I kept my distance. (I am an aloof aquarian after all and don't typically show my hand) He would never talk about his girlfriend to me. He was very secretive. All I knew was that there was a significant age gap with them and he was kinda miserable in the relationship. Going so far as to say once he was ready for kids they planned to go their separate ways. He is always way too interested in every aspect about my life but rarely shares anything about himself. He is always insinuating my relationship status and honestly acts jealous with other coworkers that show me attention. He even called me up to ask my opinion on an important career change because according to him I am one of the only people he trusts. He says that's big for him. Well I did a bit of drinking one night at a party and let it slip I had a little crush on him, but that I knew his situation and just walked away without letting him respond because He looked genuinely confused. He did ask me for a hug before he left the party but I figured it was out of just politeness. Well I have gone out of my way to avoid him now for a month or so. (He actually called me out on my behavior saying I stopped coming around and asked why since we work out of different offices) and I just chalked it up to being busy. Now he's leaving the company. He has about a week left. He's calling and texting a lot now and asking my opinion on everything from how to put in his notice to what my favorite food is for HIS going away lunch. Today he found every possible reason he could to nudge me or touch me or playfully tease me about something. I told him this may be the last time I saw him and was prepared to say goodbye, but now he wants to do a going away happy hour Friday. When I left the office he called me on my drive home to talk more about work stuff. Is this normal Scorpio behavior? Is this just normal friendship to Scorpios? I've told him I don't understand him and he just says he's really awkward. Why is this so weird? Soon enough he'll be gone and it'll be done, I just need some some insight. I'm completely baffled. Is he just a really weird friend?
