Hi there ... I'm a Libra girl.

...Sun in Libra, Moon in Leo, Leo Rising, Mars in Aquarius, Venus in Scorpio; just to give a little intro on myself.

I'm attracted to a Taurus gent in the office. I've been doing plenty of online reading and research on Taureans over the last couple of days, to help understand him and his reactions better.

I came across this Forum and have been reading your comments, and thought I'd join and see what suggestions you could provide me.

I've noticed from his body language that he is also interested and we've had the longer than usual eye contact every now and then. And, yes, I've been patient and have allowed the attraction to develop slowly. (We met in September when I came onboard as a consultant for this project we're both working on, but the attraction wasn't really noticeable until round December and/or January).

A couple of weeks ago, I sent him Lindt Chocolate thanking him for going out of his way to help with one of my executive presentations, which he acknowledge and said I was very kind.

I've just read that Taurus love touch, so today, if we get to have our meeting, I'll make sure to touch his arm a couple of times and of course smile a lot. I've read that they like feminine classy looking women, and I fit this mold. I've also read they like smells, so I'll make sure to spray a little perfume on before we met.

So, Taurean gents, I'd welcome some suggestions on how I should proceed to give him the confidence to ask me out, or should I in fact make the subtle suggestion and see if he bites?

Perhaps I haven't shown enough interest ? whilst I am confident, when I like someone, I can also be a little shy and I am a little shy around him (sigh).

LOL sagiTauries ... might be a tad difficult with the office cameras 😉 If we get to meet later today (I'm in a different time zone and country to you) I might bring some vodka to our late office meeting as a 'white flag' as it has been tense in the office with pressure... that might loosen him up a little, but seriously, do Taurus men like a woman to take charge like that? I always thought men prefer to chase?

LOL ... this Taurus does drink at office functions, as I've seen it. We are allowed to drink at work, but, now that I am talking about it, perhaps not. Although, our meeting wouldnt be until 6 pm or 6.30 pm in the conference room. So, perhaps just a bottle of wine would be easier and seen as less 'orgnised'. Mmmm .... So I should make myself a little more obvious? I might try later in the week, and suggest an art gallery event as I've noticed he does like nice champagne and wines, but he said he prefers spirits like Vodka, when we spoke at a recent work function. I dont want to ask him out for lunch or dinner ... it needs to be less formal I feel, more impromptu, what are your thoughts?

Thanks MercInAries. I didnt have the courage to do any of the arm touching nor the drinks. But I did look nice 😉 Sigh. I dont know what to do. He's also seems shy. Mmmm ... what do you suggest in the way of getting to a date without being too formal about it? What would you like as a Taurus? Should I see if I can get tickets to some art gallery event and ask if he'd like to come with me? Would that work? Suggestions ...

Hi Gents - thank you both for you interesting, unique and hilarious insight into the Taurus male 😉 I'll let you know how I progress. I do know that he likes me, but will take it slow. I appreciate your views. I'll try to show that the interest is shared/reciprocated through eye contact and litle touches. I dont think he even knows that I'm interested in him. I'm thinking of popping around to this office on Friday and suggesting I whisk him away from the chaos for an hour, with some sandwiches in the park.
