Ha, so true! We met in Africa & he invited me to go with him into the wild. He was sweet at the hotel but when we went on the excursion, I had to follow HIS rules. Which meant, we could never separate, even if I wanted to stay at camp while he was on the river with the guide, I HAD to be on the boat because who knows what could happen to me in camp while he was gone (in the middle of nowhere!). Oh, he put me to work bailing the freaking rickety boat. I felt so special 😛 . We befriended a tribe nearby so I decided to spend a day with them while he went out fishing again. He was not happy. But, I had dinner waiting so he was just grumpy & told me never to do that again.
