Taurus Boyfriend Suddenly Ignoring my Texts - Disappearing act

Me and my taurus boyfriend have been together for about 4 months now and we are on a kinda long distance relationship (2 hour drive away). We see each other maybe 2 times a months on average. He is pretty possessive and likes to check on my phones. He is very fixed in his own ways and do not compromise usually, unless it is really a good suggestion.

This is also the day that I revealed to him my age (i'm 1 year and a half older than him), and he didnt seem to be bothered. After a month of not seeing each other, we text everyday. He came to see me and slept overnight (which he never did before!). He spent an entire day with me on Saturday, first time. We went to see new apartments for me to stay for next year lease. He was very caring and loving in his taurus ways where he helped to unclog my washroom drainage, sing songs to me, held my hands and pull me away from roads that have cars oncoming traffic.

Likes to touch and be affectionate in public but usually I have to initiate for him to feel cosy if not he will be in his calm frontal look. So once we done all that, we brought me back to my apartment and we said our good byes and he left for home. I told him to text me when he gets home, he said ok. After 3 hours, I texted him and asked if he was home. No reply but he read it the next day. The next day, I texted him again saying good morning and if he slept well. He read it and no reply again. Today, no text from him at all. I know he is deliberately ignoring me but I do not know why. Have I wrong him in some way that I am not aware of? How do I get him to open up and tell me what is wrong? Or should i wait it out for about a week before i text him again? Would it be better for me to continue sending one text to him per day till he wants to talk to me again? Or should I just sit back and do my own things and not text him at all? Is this the way Taurus want to break up or?

Help! Taurus men i need your advise.
