Taurus Man - Help Please!

Hi everyone

I have recently been dating a Taurus man and I am another lady who is confused by him sometimes.

Background: He and I have known each other for a few years, been seeing each other for about 4 months. I am divorced and he has been separated for 2yrs and is going through a divorce (bit of a nasty one over money etc)

He calls and sees me every day, I regulalry get invited out with him and his friends and they see me as his girlfriend. He calls me his girlfriend and when he's had a few too many to drink he says he loves me, I am the most stunning wmen he has ever met, take care of him etc etc. But he also says this "I want to commit to you but I don't" WTF?!

He has said he is worried to commit properly (as his soon to be ex wife doesn't know he is with anyone nor do our mutual friends that we know through his work)and he is worried it will all go wrong.

I don;t really understand where he's coming from here, is he just saying that to avoid a commitment? It's weird because people think we are married as he's super affectionate possesive of me, refers to my house as "our house" etc so I can't work it out.

Info abut me and him;

Him - Taurus sun, cancer venus, leo rising
Me - Leo sun, cancer venus, pisces rising

Any advice? I don;t want to confront him directly as he'll close up or go off in a sulk!

He might feel like he can't commit fully until he is rid of the ex completely. He wants to, he just can't. Be patient!

I suppose what I am asking is if I should walk away from this until after his divorce, or just wait it out and hope for the best?

If you like him I suggest you stay by his side... Divorce isn't a walk in the park and you'd be better off supporting him rather than walking away during this hard phase in his life... Stick it out til he handles his business, be that person he can go to and confide in meanwhile he sorts his stuff out..

And also it wouldn't do u any harm to ask him the reason why he can't commit? Is he scared of failure or is it because he's still tied to his technically still wife? What's the reason? You deserve to know in order for you to decide whether or not hanging by a thread (even if momentarily) will b worth the wait and risk!

He says it's because he is scared of getting "stitched up" by another woman. He says he doesn't trust women.

Well, if hes not ready to trust a woman, hes not ready. Theres nothing you can do and no time that you wait for him to change his mentality will change the way he feels... Its not you, its just a matter of circumstance.

I mean, you can stick by him as a friend to see him thru this just dont put all your hopes up on him romantically. If you can do that cool, if not then just nexxt him. Im sure there are tons of other guys (with less or NO baggage) whod b willing to vie for your attention. And you know you deserve it.

Well last week I called it a day as I was getting impatient and confused (can I blame the venus retrograde?) - He went off for a week working away and I missed him so much and knew I shouldn't have left him.

He cojntacted me on his return from work and came over, he said he'd been thinking about me a lot while he was away and wanted us to sort things out.

He went to go online so I loaded up the site that he wanted and went to pass him the computer, he said "I know I shouldn't but I trust you and dont care if you know my password". I asked him why "he shouldnt" and he just said "I just shouldn't"....but he knows he can trust me so I am not worried. I may be getting somewhere after all?
