taurus man watching when Im active online

I had a FWB situation for 8 months with an old friend that is a Taurus. We both were fresh out of divorces and always had a thing for one another but the timing was never right. We both caught feelings for one another and decided to end our FWB situation. In the meantime, he is moving on with a girl that is moving from Boston to be with him and I am in a new relationship. We still talk once in awhile, we both miss each other and the friendship we have will always be there. I know he watches me on Facebook. I was not online for a day or so and he sent me a message asking if I was not allowed on FB anymore?? He said this because he knows that I have a boyfriend.
