That is why. 🙂 Our sense of smell is highly acute, and may I say...? a bit snobbish actually. So yes, he does indeed love the smell of your shampoo. 🙂

He's very into the whole soft skin thing, the smell, the feel of fabric and music too.
But the scent is what drives him nuts!
And damn, so "attention to detail" too! I had a pair of ear rings in the other day. Very rarely do I wear them and they were tiny little things. Had my hair down, could hardly see my ears. He goes "Oh, you have ear rings in today". Shit a brick, I'm buggered if I know how he even noticed, but he does.
We notice everything like that, we really do. 🙂 Something could have shifted your hair just so, or your own movement and he caught a glimpse of gem or metal. When we have what we desire for our own in our sight line there is nothing missed.
