Ok, My daugter is turning 8 in April...
& By this age as a kid Ive been experienced Disney probably 3 times. Unfortunately Im not as Financially endowed as my mother was back then, But I am buildning towards doing what I can.
From youre experience, which is worth the 2,300 I will have to shell out for 5 days?

*faints at price tag*

Oh my-- 🙂

I've been to Disney so many times I am sick of it-- but, from my experience, you will be DONE after 3 days.

So, I would recommend cutting it a day or 2 short, and staying at the Polynesian, inside Disney.

(Hope you can see that pic ^.) It has its own little beach, and it's warm enough to enjoy in April.

The Polynesian

The monorail picks up INSIDE the hotel-- which is a major bonus-- and it is just beautiful.

My parents (and my gramma) took me when I was little, and stayed there-- my mom had saved all that year for the trip, and she still talks about that hotel.

Plus, there are so many other things to do in Orlando-- restaurants that have theater the audience participates in, Ripley's, outlets, more restaurants-- staying on land will let you do some exploring.

It's packed in the spring (not as bad as summer, though), so make reservations.

But that's just my take on it-- either way, I'm sure you'll have a blast. 😉

Thank you for alll of that info! 🙂
My ONLY issues was like you said being POOPED soo quickly.
My daughter loves cinderella so I was thinking of just doing that whole princess experience and calling it a day, but a friend of mine suggested the cruise because everything is included, less walking and Eveyrthing is right there!.
My daugther has been on boats before so shes not prone to being sea sick lol.
