Crazy mutable weather

Anybody else notice that the moon in mutable signs usually entails some pretty crazy weather? And any other planets (particularly the sun, ive noticed) in mutable signs tend to emphasize the effect.

Example?

well gemini moons usually mean really windy temperamental weather, virgo moon its usually very unpredictable and changes a lot between short showers and becoming clear again.. the clouds usually move really fast; pisces moon it rains a lot or gets very moist, ive noticed fog a lot of times.. only sign i havent noticed weather that stands out from the rest of the moon's monthly visits to the signs is sagittarius

i recall one time distinctly under a strong gemini moon, there was actually a tornado here, which is VERY strange weather for the area i live.. mostly anything but mild quiet weather is strange for here.. also a lot of times the weather will be very calm but magically, once the moon enters into gemini the wind usually picks up a lot more

there was a virgo moon when an incredibly powerful storm swept through my town and destroyed almost everything, it was very very violent.. an hour later u didnt even know there was a storm because the weather was beautiful

this pisces new moon has brought to my town a strong rain storm, the rain seems never ending especially since the moon entered pisces... my town is currently flooded and expected to get worse

so yea just a few examples of how i noticed that mutable moon weather can get a little crazy.. im not saying that natural disasters dont happen in any other sign, i mean the haitian earthquake happened under the capricorn moon (ironically cap is an earth sign) just saying that in my observations the weather is geared toward more likely becoming crazy under a mutable moon than most others.
