how do i do it?

hey guys. so we all know how leos are pretty well known for their "all about me" personalities, right? well, i've been involved with a lioness for months now and trying to teach her modesty and empathy can be a bit of a chore sometimes. more often than not, i have to play the role of diplomat after she makes a tactless comment to someone. my method pretty much consists of kindly bringing up the age old adage of "treat people the way you wish to be treated" but that only works for a short time before she slides back to her egotistical attitude. how would you guys go about planting the empathy bug?

Good luck with that one man. Most of my sisters are Leos and if it's in their brain it's tumbling off the tongue.

thanks. i guess i've been so tolerant with her since my mother is a leo too >.< i'm used to leo behavior but i can't alter it for the life of me. damn it, being modest and empathetic is a GOOD thing. how can they not see it?

I don't think it's that they cannot see it, they've simply not the time for it. Fire signs. *shrug* And I've heaps of Fire, so I can relate, I just have a Bull snorting steam down the back of my neck at all times.
