So I didn't really grow up with my father. As I saw him when I was 12, then he died. I guesss I detached myself from him mentally because I had never looked up his chart before. So I did and I noticed that he shares a cancer in mars like yours truly... idk why it kinda made me smile and get a lil sad. It's like the only thing on his chart that matches mine, I kinda feel weird now... And now nothing agian...

My dad abandoned me at age 2....he lived in another country my entire childhood and adulthood.
Ive seen him a handful of times. I have two sisters who both went to universities and travelled the world and they are from a 3rd world country. Me, I came to this first world country and was kicked out of high school, was thrown in a jail and am still looking for my way.
The only moment i can recall was one day i was with him when I visited the homeland and we were having dinner and I noticed we had the same fucking hands and fingers. It was weird to recognize my hands on someone else.
I never needed my father. I could have used his life experience though, whenever i embarked on bad choices.
Oh well. I guess thats why the universe has made it up to me in other ways. I'll always look on the bright side.

@VirgoDeVilleYeah I think you hit the nail right on top of the head kid.. It is bittersweet. I guess I felt connected for a secound and a rush of pride and warmth came over me, then I was like when I did meet em he was too busy trying to hook back up with my mom then he poof dirt nap. (side note) what a pretty young lady you are🙂
+1 for fathers raise their own/step children

@virgo69 hey troublemaker lol... Yeah you can't miss want you never had right? Single moms are usually tough as hell, and raise upstanding gentlemen like you and I😛

@wgamdor2 yeah lucky I never blamed myself or was down about my pops being a no show. But it would have been nice to see my traits/quirks in another person, as I look just like everyone says....

(side note) 8/10 your post make me laugh or think... Your a really original person and you inspire me sometimes.
