Virgo guy with Libra moon ?

I was born on 9-22-81.But i was born a month premature.Apparently i was supposed to be born in October.And i was born on the time of 6:15 p.m.Is there any chance i was born with a libra moon ?

Actually sloane , my real name is Patrick Greene.The reason why i chose the nickname "g-virgo" is my last name starts with a G.And it's obvious that my sign is virgo since my birthdate is 9-22-81.Hope this will clear the air a little bit.

Hey g- virgo. I'm a libra kinda girl, and I have question for you...
I have a friend whom is a virgo kinda guy. He's has the usual virgo traits-
he's smart, well- organized, sarcastic, fun- loving yada yada yada.
Okay- so here it comes---- he's interested in me, and I must admit that I respect him enormously, and I'm ready to back him in all good things that he undertakes.. but when I'm with him, we are lacking something. It's preventing me from making a commitment to him. I would really like to, but I can't. I've tried talking to him about us, but to no avail. It's had little or no affect on our situation. What can I say to him to make him understand that we do not yet have electric chemistry? He is sincerely trying to be more open with me, and I want to reward him for that.. but I'm so cold towards him... what in the world can I do?
