Virgo-Libra & Cap-Aqua

As a friendship, does this work?
I have a Virgo Sun and Libra moon with just about everything else as Sag.
My friend is was born January 21st, what do you all think?
We seem to get alon quite well.

Well from looking at both of your sun/moon placements, yes, they are pretty much in harmony as Cap and Virgo are of the same element(earth) and make for great compatibility and Aqua and Libra are also of the same element(air)and also make for great compatibility. If you want to see how well you guys match up in other areas, I would suggest having both of your entire charts (natal) done.

Hi there. I'm an aquarius with cap ascend.
My guy is Virgo (Sept 16 1959) either a leo or scorpio ascend. We don't know his time of birth
Does anyone know what this spells?
It has been 2 years of me chasing, and him holding back. Me leaving, him letting me back. He doesn't seem to know why he does, and doesn't want to, keeps trying...a bit. But the last time I saw him he stood me up and was mean about it. Said i was setting myself up to get let down, because he couldn't get off work in time, but didn't call etc. Decided to drink after work with his staff.
His family doesn't like me for him(but we were friends before I was involved with their brother), and it stresses us out. Its about money. Family farm. They have removed other gf's from his life/bossed him around.
I have tried to reassure him along the way, but I feel unwanted, and think if I stay away he won't feel pressured, and can get back to working and drinking with his friends that tell him what to think.
