Whats this mean?

My virguy ex whom I've remained friends with had his 12 year old nephew call me and wish me a Happy Easter. We (virguy and I) don't talk on a regular basis but we do text each other from time to time. I see him out alot and we hang out since we have the same friends. I was out of town for a couple weeks and he never tried contacting me until I saw him again saturday night after I got back. Does that mean he still has feelings for me and is trying to work his way back?

Also, I saw a mutual friend of ours who always tells Virguy how great I am (supposedly) jk, and it always seems to bring him back around. Do Virguys really take 2nd opinions from friends?
