Anyone leave or transfer jobs because of it? And was/it because of paranoia, or intuition?
So.... Workplace Favouritism...

yep, resigned from my last job because of it.

Yep. Person X (pisces) getting away with treating people the office like crap and no one having the guts to do anything about it, or say anything because he was the boss's pet.
Told office manager this was not on and to make sure he stopped doing it to me. He kept doing it. Told the manager I was serious and to do something about it. She didn't. So next time it happened I cleared out my desk and left.
**The big boss asked me to come back some months later so I said great (loved that job) but when I tried to get them to confirm on my contract that there would be no more b/s from the Pisces they backed out.
Humans are strange. Quite a few people left over the years because of this guy so the company spent a lot of time and money training new staff, then replacements, then more replacements.
You would think it would have been easier to get rid of the trouble maker. But they never do.

I hated how this old coworker who was unqualified kept getting coached at his position and since u was the best employee they kept asking me to help him yet he was never asked to help others. I resisted and somehow I ended up being the bad one
When I work hard, I do what's right, and I don't take advantage of the system yet I was the bad one and got bad reviews
Should we all just be brown nosers like her?
