Oh! I got this one.

My boss is a Gemini, I am a Gemini, my assistant is a Gemini (with a Leo moon). Good luck finding 3 more different people! LOL

Gem boss is moody af. He's having a good day, life is good. He's in a shit mood, steer clear. I report directly to him. And I'm not shy about disagreeing with him. We've gone toe to toe a number of times when he's being an unreasonable ass. It astonishes me that I haven't been fired. Haha! But he knows I'm the hardest working one here. So, he does respect me for that.

My assistant is an introvert, but don't let that fool you. You rile that one up and her Leo moon will shine brightly down on you. I have learned how to deal with both of them. I have to be super polite to the assistant because her feelings get hurt easily.

And really, I don't care if people like me or not when I'm here to do a job. I have to get people to give me their best effort, not resent me for it. So, I've learned how to approach people according to their personalities. It's almost like playing a part - it's you, but not you. It's "work you" - LOL! I don't like workplace drama and don't hold grudges but I'm not afraid to speak my mind when I have to.

The Cancer annoys me, the Aries is my best work pal, the two Taurus's are chill af and I love them, the Libra constantly complains if he has to do anything more than the minimum, the Aqua is a closed book and you never know what he's thinking.

Gemini Male works next door to me. He's in his 50's I believe.

Extremely moody, but cordial. If he swings by he usually opens with a smartass reply. Not social at all and doesn't even show in person to staff meeting although it's mandatory.

I also factor in he's been up here for years apparently and knows he can't be easily fired. He has a team under him and rarely actually reviews things. He just takes a brief look and concurs.

Laid back guy for the most part. Went through a bad divorce when I first started working here.

I'm a gemini and work with one. We work well together. Tbh, she's not sensitive and it's what I like about her. When I want things a certain way, I tell it to her straight, she gets it and executes. I worked with gems in previous companies and it's always been the case of them enjoying the job and leaves when they don't. That's pretty much like me either. One thing is for sure. They're loyalty was never on the employer. It was loyalty to themselves and I'm not shy to admit I'm the same.

Thanks y'all. I made this thread just to see if my sign is lazy. One of my gem employees walked out on me. All he wants to do is drive but when it comes to actual labor work (which requires getting out from behind the wheel) he jet only to be nowhere in sight. I'll have to let him go.

Maybe he thinks his job is only driving? Have you talked to him?

Nah he knows his job. I don't think I have to talk to him. He's a grown man that doesn't need me tutoring him on what to do and how to do his job. I've had numerous complaints from his co workers about him just sitting in the truck while everyone that rides with him does all the unloading. I did talked to him after the complaints about him and told me he's not doing all that lifting. After a few exchanges he walked off. my associate volunteered to come and help us out. Mind now, a woman. I told her no we got this.

He's probably thinking " I'm not doing the driving AND the lifting "

Hahaaa well if that's what he's thinking he can forget about ever getting another truck driving job in the future cus I'm not gonna give him a good resume. With his Rick Ross looking self.

Plus I'm still waiting for him to text me back. He's late, as always.
