Oh I just need to know if we have any bosses here that employ any Geminis. If not do you work with one or so? I really need to know the former though. And how are they at the workplace where you work?

Thanks y'all. I made this thread just to see if my sign is lazy. One of my gem employees walked out on me. All he wants to do is drive but when it comes to actual labor work (which requires getting out from behind the wheel) he jet only to be nowhere in sight. I'll have to let him go.
Maybe he thinks his job is only driving? Have you talked to him?click to expand

Nah he knows his job. I don't think I have to talk to him. He's a grown man that doesn't need me tutoring him on what to do and how to do his job. I've had numerous complaints from his co workers about him just sitting in the truck while everyone that rides with him does all the unloading. I did talked to him after the complaints about him and told me he's not doing all that lifting. After a few exchanges he walked off. my associate volunteered to come and help us out. Mind now, a woman. I told her no we got this.
He's probably thinking " I'm not doing the driving AND the lifting "
