How do u act with venus in aquarius?

i had a very close relationship with a man whose venus was in aquarius. everything really depends on a combination of other aspects in the chart but i'll tell u what i encountered.

to start, his sun is in capricorn and his moon was in pisces. i think venus, for a man, has something to do with the type of woman he's attracted to and how he acts to attract. well, he definitely acted very aloof and detached. unemotional. very logical and rational. down-to-earth. he was an intellectual who loved to banter about politics. yet he was a little strange and quirky for all his normalcy. that was what i loved about him. it seemed like he was at odds with himself. his cap side was very strong that kept him in line with society. he acted as though he had an image or reputation to uphold with the public. yet after one got to know him well it would be noticed that something inside him was dying to get out. he looked normal, and almost the wallflower type, on the outside but he had this individualistic flair that liked to rebel against the norms. sometimes the things that would come out of his mouth would be shocking... for him anyway. he's normally so controlled but every now and then he would do or say something that would make my jaw drop because it was so unexpected of him. example: we entered a fisherman's bar one day to grab a drink. as we approached the counter an older man stared at me and began to bark at me like a dog. when we received our drinks we left to find a table. i happened to mention the man barking at me and his response was,"that's because he wants to bend u over one of these tables and fuck u like i do". yeah, stuff like that.

I can act emotionally detached. I will act like I am the girl next door/best friend and that he is free to leave at any moment. Truth is when I say he is free to leave at any moment it's b/c I really like him. haha It sounds weird. But I will also flirt in a bizarre fashion too if I like the guy. Everything will feel really "airy" (ha) I feel like the more detached I act the more they seem to chase after me. I also find that in relationships I am attracted to a guy who is very unique and intelligent. He has to have a bizarre style yet not be even trying.
