Aqua Girl Update (yet again)

Hey y'all,

Hope everyone is well. Back on the boards to read the latest comings and goings from the various folks on DXP.

A brief update on my favorite Aqua girl at work:

Actually, there isn't much to say. I'd pretty much left her to her own devices and did my own thing. If we got a chance to talk, we'd talk but otherwise didn't make any drastic moves.

As I mentioned a few months ago, she'd already shown signs of coming around a bit. At this point, I think I actually can say we've become friends. She's let her guard down and is more open about her life/friends, etc.

It's gotten to the point where she's even asked for some advice on certain things (that surprises me a bit). I'm not sure how to take that but I tell what I think and say "take it for what it's worth".

One thing that intrigues me is we seemed to have developed a pretty good chemistry when we talk...AND she doesn't run away anymore from me. She's ready and willing to chatter away (most of the time) if we get a chance alone to talk (hard when working).

So we'll see how everything goes - you Aquas on the board may have been right, we have to give Aqua gals some space sometime. 🙂
