I've had really good aqua friends that suddenly just decide to dissapear, and I don't like that...

we do disappear all the time.... =| theres no excuses. and we probably think "why is XX angry with me for disappearing? Aint he got better things to worry about?"

That said, tell us nicely you appreciate us informing you of our impending disappearing acts, and we will respect you. the key word is NICELY. flare up at us and we may think you are ridiculous (this stems from the trait that we are understanding and impartial. ie if we think a Cap can disappear for months and he deserves that understanding, we deserve some understanding too if we need to have some time on our own).

That said.. I did regret the many moments when I neglected my friends.... (and i make sure I make up for it..)

@Twilight: lol lol lol! I thought I was the ONLY 1 being accused of the infamous "disappearing act."

Crazy thing is, sometimes me disappearing isn't even personal OR any personal reflection of how I feel about the other person. Sometimes I literally (and QUICKLY) fall into a mood where I'd prefer to be to myself OR entertain other friends that I've probably disappeared from awhile ago lol.

My best friend can't stand me sometimes. I used to spend MOST of my time with her (after all, that's why she was my BEST friend), BUTTTTTTT sometimes I'd have my days/moments when I ignored all of her phone calls/texts/emails, BUT YET answer/respond to all the texts/calls/emails from others whom I'm not even nearly as close to. At 1st she just respected my disappearance & thought it was b/c I was having a "bad day." BUT, the moment she caught wind to the fact that I'd ignore her all day BUT YET willingly/gladly answer calls from others, she immediately took this personal & thought she'd did something wrong or made me mad. And oh boy, it was an adventure trying to convince her NO, it wasn't personal!

And I agree. We don't ever throw tantrums or flip out when our friends disappear, so it's almost as if 1 of our friends flipping out when the tables are turned is the WORST thing others can do to us! Oh it's so annoying & if anything, gives me a FURTHER reason to CONTINUE to ignore that person. Once I get confronted & approached the WRONG way, THEN do I have a reason to make my disappearance personal! lol

I tell my friends all the time, don't blow my phone up unless it's an emergency! Don't call me 100 times & get me all nervous all just b/c you're bored & want to know what I'm "doing tonight." UGH! I warned them all that if they do that, I will PURPOSELY not call them back/answer. Of course they all think I'm a complete bixch but hey, it is what it is.

When I wanna be left alone, I mean business! And my decision to need some "space" is almost ALWAYS 99% FINAL. Those who try to guilt me into entertaining them when I'm NOT in the mood too will only make me want even MORE space from them. Oh the wonderful world of Aquas!

Ha! I think this is b/c Aquarians are 1 of the most MISUNDERSTOOD/CONFUSING signs in the Zodiac.

People either:
1. Completely love/understand us
2. Completely HATE us/don't understand us
3. OR need desperate help trying to figure us out!
There's no "grey area" or "in between."

Funny thing is, Aquas hate to be confused OR not being able to figure someone out, BUT oh boy, I actually get a slight euphoric feeling when others try their hardest to pin us down/figure us out! It's like a cat/mouse game! Sometimes the more others try to figure us out, the MORE we make things that much more confusing for them! We're like mazes that keep getting more confusing as others move along! And I love it! ;~X

so true. i dislike it when pple keep calling and calling and calling - drives the nuts out of me. if i am not picking up - it could only mean im not available to talk. i will contact you once I am available.

i know this dissapearing act. my aqua sister/bestfriend does it all the time. i use to think i did something but its never me...she just had to figure crap out. pluss she loves all her friends not just me...even though i do a shit ton for her...eh i hate being put into some category with other people who dont do nearly as much as i do for her lol. hate it....i rather have my own place in her heart ya know? guess im wrong and selfish there right? she probly loves me more than i know and respects me and all that...but its hard to know if she does...they are not open books aquas...mysteries. hard to tell how they feel about you. i guess its all the affection and stuff i give off...she says its my nature to be mushy and stuff. i let her know allll the time how i feel about things. how i feel about her. wonder if she understands any of it. im a sensitive guy so yeah i get to that point where im all loving and stuff with my feinds. let them know how special they are.

one myth is that aquas dont have emotions. false...they have big hearts. they have lots of emotions...its just they hide it so well. my friend tells me sometimes that she cries soemtimes because of stuff happening with friends or in her life. now this naturally makes me want to shield her from the world but i know shes already better and over it. she told me her life would have been hell if i wasnt in it. now this...this made me feel very good and special lol. so yes they do feel things and express them in some way but its hard for them. so even if they are cold to you they probly do like you to a certain degree.

trying to figure them out will just complicate things. its better to keep it simple and accept them as they are. if they vanish they will come back. especially if you mean something to them.

my scorp friend and i were talking yesterday about this past full moon and how bad it was for some of us. she said aquarians recover quicker and easier than all but 2 other signs. i didn't ask what the other 2 signs were, but i thought the comment about aquas was interesting.

i'm an aqua and i like to cycle through my friends (unless they need me) depending on what energy i need from who(m?). i also like to feed my own interests now and again and don't like to be bothered when i get in a zone.
