Broke through the wall

Yeah so I heeded the advice of the wonderful aquarians on here and 'finally' broke through the wall.

she opened up to me and thinks I am intelligent, and trusts what I say. and I think that was the turning point. That and I had to chase her. she seems a little insecure, and honestly if I was in her shoes I would feel the same way too, Lots of past baggage. I think that is partly why she put a wall up in the first place. and like most girls she wanted assurance that I wasn't just in it for sex.

So yes thank you all for the advice.

As far as "breaking through the wall" she needed some advice on a few issues, I listened and gave her some good feedback. It probably made her feel safe, and close to me. Although I don't want to be a doormat...i've had to maintain my own boundaries in the advice i'm willing to give. I don't want to be her complaining/sounding board.

Honestly it seems like she values friendship a lot, and overall the wall seems to be a wall of trust. She is really sweet and special. I hope to have her in my life a long time to come.
