Caught red handed

So, I have been speaking to this Aqua guy for a little and we already connect very well. I decided I wanted to be sneaky and I asked him his birthday.

Him: "You trying to get all astrological on me?"
Me: "I don't know... maybe. I just like to know birthdays because I like to wish people happy birthday.
Him: "Okay, January 31st."

So, of course I had to look up his chart, but he didn't need to know that. So a later conversation.

Him: "So, would you say that you're a typical virgo?"
Me: "Uhhh... wow. I've never had anyone just randomly ask that. Well, yeah I guess you could say that."
Him: "I studied astrology a lot when I took this mythology class. I've read things that make hair stand on end.
Me: "Yeah... me too."
Him: "I knew you were getting into astrology when you asked for my birthday."
Me: "Oh... yeah. I mean, I honestly wanted to know your birthday since you told me you were an Aquarius and I knew you had a birthday coming up soon probably... yeah, so I guess I know my dates."

I've never actually had a conversation about astrology in depth with someone outside of my best friend or you guys on here. He told me that his mother was such a virgo to a tee and instilled a need for cleanliness to him. And I told him that my mother was an aquarius who was rather scattered and always had her head in a million things. It was just so nice to have a connection like that because I never really like to bring up my interest in astrology since there is no way to really bring it up in a casual conversation, lol. I just wanted to tell this story because it made me laugh, and you Aquarians are so freakin sharp. But, since it was brought up... can anyone interpret his chart a little?

I have a friend who's an Aquarius with Pisces moon and he's def not made for normal society. But then again he's had a rough upbringing, but he's very sensitive and unstable. He joined the army with every intention of becoming an upright citizen, but went AWOL twice because he wasn't made for it. He's charming and a great friend, but not a true people person. He prefers his solitude, but loves his friends too much to be hermit, but I can tell he could be pretty happy just living alone in the woods. But you're dude had a different background, so he might be more well-adjusted. My friend has a heavy leaning towards drugs too.
