Don't ya hate it when...
Some people are just complainers. All they do is talk about the problem, but NEVER about the solution. I'm noticing that some people actually like drama, suffering & not changing. Some are actually comfortable with a turbulent life full of turmoil....
...And hey, that's FINE! But if you're so happy with bullshxt, OR if you hate hearing the truth, DON'T call an Aquas! We don't mind listening to you bxtch & moan for 2 hours, nor do we mind tweaking our delivery a little bit so that you don't get offended at what we have to say. BUT I absolutely DO mind it when someone keeps coming to me & asking me for advice even though they knew up front that they wouldn't take it! Ugh!
Sorry guys, but doing that to me is the quickest way to get the "IGNORE" button pressed on your ass when you call me! Call me selfish but I hate helping people who don't want to be helped! And it's hard to not want to help someone that you truly love/care about. It's a natural instinct in us to intellectually nurture the people we care about, even if they don't wanna hear it

WOW..I feel like im talking to myself here..i've said all of these exact words before.....but anyway it's TERRIBLE...the absolute WORST is Scorpio...not only because they don't listen..but they are usually the ones to START the drama & then complain about it while having everybody else fuming....& that ignore button on my phone has definitely been put to use,it is literally insane how I tell people clearly what will happen or how to avoid an even worst situation & they go & do it anyway & they are back in hell & then they want to keep bothering me—I only give advice to people I know will use it..but being me I slip up sometimes & give it anyway because it's the only thing i know to say..lol

And that's exactly what I mean. It's hard-wired in me to offer atleast SOME kind of advice when I see that someone is going through something advice-worthy lol. And I do this even if I can tell that they won't take my advice.
And I agree that of all people, Aquas can be some of the most self-taught & stubborn people on the planet. It's not easy to get us to take advice or be told what to do, especially if we've got our minds made up about something. So I def. get the aspect of wanting to be hard-headed & "fall on my own head" first before taking someone's advice.
But here's the thing...with all the wisdom out there, it's silly that some people would rather fall on their ass 1st just for the sake of being hard-headed when they really could've avoided it & NOT made the same mistakes someone else made. It's silly to purposely put yourself in harms way when you know deep down that had you just shut up & listened, that you could've prevented it all. The people who purposely put their hands on hot stoves are always the FIRST ones to scream the loudest when they finally realize that YEP that stove was hotter than hell, like EVERYONE had been telling them!
BUT at the same time, I NEVER ask for advice unless I'm actually planning on taking it. And this is why it drives me crazy when others ask for something they're not truly ready for.
Same goes for the "truth." Don't ask for it if you're not ready for it/can't handle it.

Let me clear this up a little. It's not that I want people to take my advice b/c I need/enjoy the ego-boost, NOR is it b/c I think I'm always right.
lol spoken like a true aqua ahaha. im the same way. my mom's a cap and sis is a scorp n they hate taking my advice even tho i think im always right lol. we're incompatible signs so of course they dont care to listen, but its just funny when they'd rather do things the obviously harder way and then slowly change it up to doing it my way. so it's like they ended up listening after all without actually saying i was right lol. too much pride i say. like cmon just say it, "i was right" ahaha! 😉 go aquas!
also, aquas r known to be know-it-alls. i know it can b an annoying habit to other people but i cant help it neither 😢 lol

I have been on and off with a Aqua since october.I have posted about this in another thread ..anyway since the last time
Let me clear this up a little. It's not that I want people to take my advice b/c I need/enjoy the ego-boost, NOR is it b/c I think I'm always right.
I'm talking about the friends who are hard-headed, never learn their lesson, always want advice but NEVER take it & that always end up calling you with the same ole sob story.
What sucks is that when Aquas consider you a true "friend" they take the friendship very seriously. We can't stand to see our loved ones repeatedly making the same mistakes over & over again. And it makes us even more mad when we see that person asking for advice AGAIN even though they never took your advice the 1st 100 times!
I hate seeing my loved ones going through situations that could be fix/peaceful if they just put their pride down, stopped being so self-taught & just took someone else's advice! Sometimes I wish I could just be their voice for a day, & jump in their shoes so that they wouldn't keep suffering.
I hate seeing others get hurt over something that was technically on them or THEIR own fault. It's almost like a slap to the face when someone begs me for advice but yet doesn't take it OR anyone else's advice whose either been through that situation before OR whom knows their shxt & knows what they're talking about.
I've noticed that some of the other Aquas I know tend to take it personal when their friends/loved ones don't ever take their advice. We're problem-solvers & solution-oriented, so of course when we hear someone venting to us, our 1st instinct/response is to tell them how to fix/resolve the problem.
