Usually the ones that do flourish in their sport are the ones who have complete freedom to do their own thing. The best way to get one to actually perform well is to convince one to buy into the system. Once you've done that then it's pretty easy for them to do anything they want. Most of them are extremely stubborn and absolutely refuse to lose. Because to an Aquarian athlete to lose is like having the other person/team tell you what you're doing is wrong and that it won't work. That's where that stubbornness and unpredictability kicks in. They have that I don't give a shit kind of attitude when they play. When you watch them perform in their respective sports you can see that there are two types. There's the one type who's all team and does everything he/she can to propel the team forward. The other type is the more "selfish" type. They're not actually selfish but they know that the only way to win is to actually carry their team and put the burden on their shoulders, usually these types are the ones that are the hardest to get to buy into the coaching. This is speaking purely on team based sports though.
