Personally I think the Aqua brain needs something to ground it to make things a reality and yep I think part of our genius spawns from the fact we're lazy so +1 on that ROFL. I have many shortcuts that I've 'invented' in everyday life.

I often think of great things! Like why would I goto work, they should bring work to me! lol!
Aside from that I think it's just our way of thinking. I'm a very visual person and yep I'm going to toot my own horn but my part in Mensa is my ability to be spatially aware and I'm able to picture things quite easily 😄
So if there's a problem I can 'visualise' the solution which some of my physics lecturers back then say I should conisder taking part in some of the research because of my unorthodox thinking.
