Ladies Chasing Toxic Aqua Men...

Why are you torturing yourself chasing Aqua men whom either do not know you exist, do not care about you other than your wallet/body/or other perks, and/or are not emotionally available to you?

Is chasing after these toxic Aqua men bringing love and joy into your lives? Somebody please clue me in... 🙂

P.S.-I understand the appeal of Aqua men as I am currently dating one. However, I have also dated and even been engaged to the toxic ones and those relationships didn't last very long.

the only aquarius male i know in real life with an aries woman and happily married is that christian bale dude.

I'm sure there's something there for Linda Goodman with Aries/Aquarius.

I'll have to research for more aqua/aries. Don't know any famous ones off hand.

We are very different, you & I. I like to argue when I'm bored 😛 and I'm bored as we speak. Oh my, for the 1st time in mnths I wish I had a husband to argue with, you know, like how it gets in every normal relationship.

The appeal is that aqua guys are sexy with an air of the promise of lots of hot, steamy sex. They have charm and humor and are intelligent! They are very charismatic! What's there not to like?

The toxic ones will string you along and use you, even though they say they don't want more, you are so drawn to them you can't help yourself from falling for them.

I know good ones and I know bad ones. Both are irrestible!

My very 1st serious boyfriend was an aqua & it lasted a little over a year. I was very young at the time, 15 & he 22 lol. We tried, but he cheated with someone his age, a girl he met while he was away in college. At least he was honest & told me about it, we had a clean breakup. He tried to convince me not to end it, but I felt insecure because it was with a 'college woman', in my mind that meant, she had more things in common with him & gave him more fun than my little high school brain could ever think of, so it had to end. I was numb & hated him for a while, but got over it the moment my hormones sky rocketed for someone else. Aaah, young love, its amazing how fast it is to get over it compared to when you're a grown up.

Yeah, young love is so sweet and naive and untarnished. Adult love always has baggage. SUCKS!!! Makes it much more complicated. I wish I had met my aqua when we were in our early 20s when neither of us had baggage.

But in a way its alright how things go this way because without sufficient life experience, lessons & 'baggage' we all wouldnt achieve our full potential and be accepting of flaws in others. Because we all have substantial amount of baggage its easier to accept a person for who they really are, baggage and all & that to me is what love should be about..ACCEPTANCE. I would trade my own baggage for anything cause it made me who i am. I got beat down and humbled throu my baggage, else I would still be a snooty little ass living in a bubble of delusional perfection etc.

I'm still snooty as hell lol, but I do give myself a reality check very often. Just the other day this guy I had a tiny interest in told me he has a kid & my inner snoot 'ewwed' at that forgetting that *I* also have a child LOL. TBH, I still find it difficulty dealing with men with kids, it used to be one of my major deal breakers before & now I have to accept it cause I'm nolonger the old me..I have one of my own. Oh, life!!

I married one, but he had a stellium fire, and a leo moon. But we were too young. I wouldnt recommend for teenagers to marry young anyway, but everyone's different. My personality and background isn't the same as another, ect.

i actually went to look up Mary Princess of Denmark's Royal wedding...WOAH...that's a BIG wedding.

Thanks WaterCup and TrueCap for keeping it real. Thanks WC for keeping that fuddy-duddy Lisa in check. Shes off at times and needs to know it. Just sayin. More like your provoked to do so. My Aqua lady friend is much like WC and she keeps me in check and she knows im awesome despite my emotional bent, which is sort of disappearing having been around Aquas more than any other sign.

Chasing after anything can be bad if you expect a certain outcome. In any case Aqua men are worth the pain. When they give, they REALLY give.

My Aqua man is awesome. Of course, when you tell him that he stammers, blushes, and then when he thinks no one is looking...he beams with pride.

As a general rule of thumb? I'm not too sure about that. I'd much rather inspire the part where you reach for what you want because you believe in yourself.

Yes it can work in both directions. Some women take it to the extreme, and linger way longer than they should though. Also, at this moment I'm still reeling from a post I read on another board so my advice is subjective.

Nah I agree with what you said lol I was going to post something on the pisces one but opted not to. I had a relationship that had to be cut short purely due to distance with a pisces gal.

In this instance I felt she was more Aquarius than me and me being the pisces. But our Sun/moons are pisces/aqua respectively. At the end of the day we dropped that guard and just went for what we wanted. It's the whole part where you can't force a pisces or an aqua to do what you want them to do.

We're usually the types to do what we see fit and go for what we want with the terrible habit of usually becoming the enabler in relationships.
