The fireworks are suppose to start in about 1.5 hours, so instead of indulging in food and beverage ... I'll engage myself in my field of study 🙂
My interest in biotechnology keeps expanding far beyond the realms of academia! It the manipulation of organisms to do practical things -- such as phytoremediation, which is the treatment of environmental problems through the use of plants. *** I'm still considering on doing my thesis on this type of bioremdiation ***
When I discovered that biotechnology was connected to nanotechnology, then I became forever intrigued. Nanotechnology manipulates material on the nanoscale. Also, NASA nanotech (well, molecular nanotechnology) research group are exploring ways that nanos can be used to advance the exploration and human habitation of space (YES!!!). IBM is doing pathbreaking research to revolutionize computing -- storing one bit in a few atoms no longer seems impossible, and molecular switches will be used instead of optical lithography.
OOOOPS! I gave way too much info ... this stuff really gets me going 😉
Really!!!! Prime —?? There's an internship program? OMG, I had no idea. Research specialist are still developing nanotechnogy as a way of being using when intergrated in biotech.
OOOO I'll check Foresight out 😉 However, I probably wouldn't qualify until my the summer of my senior year .....
OOO yes, that's true .... sorry Prime, I had a Brain malfunction there ^_^. Forgive me, I am allowed to have those ... especially after taking Stats over the summer ....
Hey, did I tell you I have an interest in epidemiolgy too -- I only need my masters to qualify an epidemiolgist ^_^.
It's so interseting how nanotechnolgy works in some many different ways. They are using them with the development of new drugs for cancer treatment -- I think beta blockers will be intergrated with nanos to stop the increase of cancer cells that producing "bad" protien ....
I have a really cool professor it doesn't seem like it's going to be that bad. They only thing that may bet alittle over bearing is that five projects we have to do. We must pass all five projects in order to pass the class ....
AHHHH!!!!!!! OH WHAT FUN ****can you detect my sarcasm? ****

NO I DO NOT AGREE THAT A MAN AND A WOMAN CANNOT BE PLATONIC FRIENDS WITHOUT SCREWING ... that's just silly. I definitely respect your opinion but you can't change my mind ;)
However, it's really pathetic how men and women deceive each other (whet
I've entertained the thought for years now of being with one aqua guy, but never was sure what he feels. we don't live in the same country any longer, but since we are both trevelers and move often, I never saw this as a problem in the future, since I alw
Intelligent robots are among us, albeit mostly still confined to labs. But it won't be long before they are out and about and part of the workforce. And like all oppressed populations, they will inevitably rise up one day. How should we respond? In this e
Briefly, gender influences the types of applications and underlying reasons for Internet addiction. Men tend to seek out dominance and sexual fantasy on-line, while women seek out close friendships, romantic partners, and prefer anonymous communication in
