I have always been fascinated with the lost love paradigm-going from watching b&w versions of Wuthering Heights through to reading Dumas' Count of Monte Cristo where Dantes losses the love of Mercedes and of course the Pride and Prejudice film wherein Darcey; a supposedly aquarian stereotype loses but gains the love of Elizabeth Bennett. I was just wondering whether the level of romanticism in the aquarian psyche, whether male or female, revels in such stuff, like I do. Ity,s not just the poignancy of unrequited love or even loss of affection, but the intensity which is very interesting. Does obsessional love exist in the Aquarian mind, whether male or female , or is it a delicious mental construct to cover over mundaneness.
Is yearning for a soulmate or love of your life in some ways better than the actual attainment, because, as in many things, the chase is adrenaline filled and exciting until you catch the female fox and maybe she should still be running to keep the emotion bubbling over. Does that make sense.

From a personal point of view, aquarian creativity is a huge benefit in the romantic psyche stakes. An unfair advantage over other males but that's the way the cookie crumbles.
If females like grunting neanderthals with low intelligence and a insensitive nature, Good luck to them. Frankly, my dear I don't give a damn. Aquarian actor in " Gone with the Wind"

If Elizabeth Bennett is a saggi- I would put money on Darcy being an Aquarian. Only a saggi girl could make a guy go against his class background and whatever else was holding him back, walk across a damp, misty moor and in no uncertain terms, proclaim his love for her, saying," I can bear this no longer ", which is a complete and total admission that he loves her totally and without question. Getting an Aqurian guy to do this is a very rare thing. Saggi females seem to be able to do it with ease.
My best friend at school was a Capricorn and I really cannot see him as the romantic type. Not to be mean to scorpies- the obsessional part is right for Heathcliff, so I agree there.
I think that saggis have Aquarian attention because theyare kind natured and very easy going, and of course , like to have fun. Plus ,they are closet romantics, like Aquarians. Heads in the clouds and smiles on their faces.
Lizzy Bennett being a lovely example................

You are right about the Capricorn man and romance, although some might, most are too practical to have followed Lizzy out in the rain to ask her to marry him. I agree Mr Darcy can be an Aquarian though because those who knew him well, his little sis, Mr Bingley, etc could attest to his kind-heartedness and giving nature. By the way, I love hearing that a guy thinks of romance in a relationship!

Well, I am a product of my background and victim of circumstance. Romance in it's purest and sincere form is one of the sublime highlights of the human spirit. It is almost an art form and should by rights be available to all, but unfortinately, there are many poor souls out there who shun it, degrade it or use it for nefarious purposes.
To my mind, it is indispensable and apart from that, a lot of fun.
As an emotion elevator, it's dynamic not ony affects those involved but even those around them. Your perspective changes and of course it is always nice to be adored in that way.

I suppose that is why, I saw the Jo Wright film version 6 or 7 times , simply because I was experiencing a good frame of mind effect even though it did not involve me, but, that said, I was definitely projecting myself mentally into the Darcy character. I felt uplifted by the character interplay and I suppose there was an element of jealousy, but not because he had a 100 room mansion, a ??20,000 a year income or a aristocratic life style . No, he had found his Elizabeth Bennett.

They say that opposites attract, I disagree totally. Their story is a perfect example as Elizabeth Bennett is not an aristocrat like Darcy but her upbringing allows her the freedom of choice. She can fit into his world with only minor adjustment. The same thing with Bingley- they are both silly in nature and so suit each other. Commanality is much better than opposite attraction. If you are a vibrant person , being around a sloth monster is a recipe for disaster.

If you have seen the Jo Wright Film, Have you any thoughts about Lizzy Bennet's character. I mean by that, is there something that she did or said that you as a saggi female would have done differently or perhaps better. If Jane Austen was a saggi, she must have seriously imbued the character with her persona, even by default. —?
