Updates on my pursuit of the aqua male
hi feelingfishy hows it going are you any closer to getting together with your aqua friend?
Pisces girl, perfect timing!
In Feb., I played it low key... didn't call much just once (but we talked for an hour) . I sent him a care package for his bday. And that's about all the contact we had.
Now to March...
He came home for a week and I saw him for my bday. He bought me a present and card. We went to a play together. Here are all the questions he asked that night...
Before the play:
1. How's your boyfriend?
(Long story/short: I had a bf for almost 2 years and was not single during any of the time I've known this aqua male. I am now single.)
2. Do you still talk to him?
The rest of the questions were about my workplace.
And then we didn't talk for 2 hours because of the play. After the play we had dinner.
During the drive home.... here are questions he asked:
1. Do you think you'll get back together with your boyfriend?
2. Why not, where you sick of him? Bored? Was he too needy?
3. So, you've had 4 serious relationships?
( I say yes and ask how many he's had... he's had NONE)
4. Do guys always fall hard for you?
5. What kind of love do you want?
The convo continues to other people we know and who they've fallen in love with.
And the last questions he asked me where:
1. Do you think your roommates are asleep?
(I answer and ask why he asks... he says one word: 'curious')
2. Is your mom going to visit you?
And then he tells me how he liked my mom and how they got along really well.
End of night.
Well, when I asked him why he hasn't been in a serious relationship he said he didn't know why and thinks maybe the 'right' girl hasn't come along.
All in all, our progress has been going well I guess. What do you think? But the question on my mind is, will he ever think of me as the right girl?
I'll see him again next month. In May, we'll be able to spend a bunch of time together. So who knows?
I try to be patient with this friendship and still keep my eyes open when other cute boys walk in the room.

Anyway, the out of the blue questions continued... it was religion this time.

I hope he had a good time. I hope he likes me more. I don't know, I can't tell. Looks like he's getting more comfortable. Ah, he's soooo hard to read because of his lack of emotions.

Last week I invited him to have dinner with me and says yes. He then shows up telling me he's not hungry. So he sits next to me for 40 minutes to watch me eat and leaves my house directly after I finish eating.
