Are Pisces women high strung people?

My personal experience says so. No matter how they try to look "low" they are high strung people nonetheless. Usually playing along through low strung with them brings to disappointment?

I havent found a way to crack that shell...yet. Maybe febpisces27 is right. It's impossible to crack Pisces shell if the Piscean does not understand certain things that allow it to get cracked.
