Wow! I can't believe it!

I don't see any Cancer-Aquarius threads here? May I ask why. Is it a bad mix?

I adore my Cancerian friend. He is the most beautiful person and most definitely one of the most creative, humorous and sweetest men. ....And also the moodiest and hardest to keep patience with. Lol, he's an absolute sweetheart.

Ha! I love Cancers too death as FRIENDS but omgoodness, being in RELATIONSHIPS with them is just plain out emotionally & mentally draining!

Although Aquas & Cancers often crave & strive towards the very same things, HOW we each going about those things is completely & TOTALLY DIFFERENT!

This combo (Aqua & Cancers) is either a relationship that's completely AWESOME....OR....completely EVIL!

Aquarious's have very harsh sences of humor my dad is one and i am a cancer. And when he first started calling me fat and ugly I would take it hard even though I am super skinny and get complimented on my beauty a lot me and my dad became best friends for almost a year then for some reason his harsh remarks were not so funny anymore and now we but heads everytime we talk they always think they are right and every single aquarious i have known is a flat out liar...sorry to those who are aquariouses this is just from my expirence and they are very good minupulators ha i learned from the best and i am pretty damn good but sometimes it is still hard to keep up with his bull.....

No offence.. but does your Dad need glasses? You aren't fat or ugly at all.

I think it takes time for an Aqua to grasp the depth of a Cancerian sensitivity and for a Cancerian to see the pattern of an Aqua when they stand back and assess.

Neither like to be the first to express but it's gotta be one or the other of you doing it, so yes, ride with it for a while and see what happens.

It took me two years to navigate the behaviour of my Cancer friend - and I only managed it when I taught myself the way he is isn't actually anything to do with me personally most of the time. He needed to understand the aloofness of me in that my actions are also borne of emotion - two people doing the same thing is completely different way. The need for reassurance and to feel secure was only met when both of us made it clear that we enjoyed each other and were miserable when there was an absence.

The main problem I've had with Cancers has always been them assuming that I'm heartless or emotionless all b/c I don't express my emotions at the same rate, quickness or way they do. Some Cancers assume that those who don't "feel" everything like they do must not have feelings at all. And even though I tried to explain how we Aquas are with our emotions, it's like it never "registered" to them.

Some Cancers have trouble connecting with anyone who ticks differently than them. Problem is, Aquas can be this way too. It's 1 thing to not like how someone operates BUT YET still understand how they operate, BUT it's another thing to not fully understand how another person "ticks" at all b/c w/o that understanding, there's always the chance that things will often be taken out of context.
