Before getting into the topic here's some of my chart:

So, I've been dealing with a long distance situation with a Virgo male for about 3-4 years. (His Venus is Libra, Ascendant Scorpio) We never dated but "talked" on and off for a while. I had communicated that I wanted to be friends bc I felt like a LDR, before even meeting, wouldn't be worth it because you don't truly know a person until you meet and interact with them (He wanted a LDR only after 3-4 months of being friends). Anyway, I guess after digesting that he became aloof in our communication and through his emotions. I always communicated how I felt about him and our situation if there was something that I felt was wrong. Never mean and never overbearing. I completely understood his need for space because I enjoy the same as well. I was always loving, tried to be understanding but he never really opened up much, patient, forgiving, affectionate, respected his space & etc.
About a year and a half ago, he ignored me (nothing new, always did over 2 week or 2 month intervals) and got into a relationship. We didn't speak for 8 months and he ended up messaging me to apologize for how he acted when we were dealing with one another (he had claimed to love me during our cordial/friend situation, said he was in love with me once but his actions never corresponded with those words for most of it.) After some talking it out, I accepted the apology and left it at that. Of course, he came back saying he wanted to be friends but I new it was more. Fast forward, 2016 begins and he tells me he wants to meet once the semester is over, he misses me, wants to get to know each other deeper like it should have been and wants to communicate frequently. After questioning over some months, he finally admitted that he "wants" to be with me in the near future... mind you, he is still in that relationship. I asked him, and he said they are on and off..... He also told me, randomly, that he always has dreams about me. Unbeknownst to him, I have dreams of him as well... I questioned him (because I feel he lies and is a manipulator).. he said whenever he's sober he dreams of me (sexually, sometimes just conversation, or sort of random)....
SO, after all that backstory, probably wasn't needed.... I was wondering, do you believe that 2 people dreaming of one another is a sign of some sort? Or are you more practical in your beliefs and feel it's just a coincidence and the mystery of never meeting is just torture to the mind?
This is my Venus is Pisces speaking lol I can't help but think these things. Would love to hear your opinions.
