Yeah.. I just turned 18.. moving out at this time is just a fleeting thought.
I left at 23 or 24 and I went to my own apartment in the same city.
I left home at 17 and moved 6 hours away knowing no one in the new place.

More than happy I did and I'm living the dream.

18 and a I move to the other side of the country. It wasn't as I expected (and it never is!) and things didn't work out as I expected but I don't regret my decision and I would do the same thing given the same chance. I think as long as you're realistic about it, understand it could go badly and not the way you expect it and if you're ok with that then you will be ok. It made me more strong and independent thats for sure. I still have friends who haven't lived outside of their parents homes.
