Yeah, I'd say I'm definately a free wheeling leader. It's like my band of rebels and I will accomplish our goals by any means necessary, even if we have to kill your mother. Okay, maybe not kill your mom, but by any means necessary.

You shouldn't keep your boys on a short leash because that screws up morale. For example, Major General Terry Allen (an Aries) of World War II fame was the commander of the Army's 1st Infantry Division. Off duty, he pretty much let his men do what they wanted like drink, smoke, not worry much about their uniforms, and Terry drank and raised a little hell himself. The soldiers he commanded often got in bar fights also. Even though he was lax on discipline with his men, his division had a reputation of being a superb combat unit. If you don't keep your subordinates on a ball and chain then they'll like you and fight with you is the way I see it.

Yea I heard that story before. I don't mind people challenging my authority also becuase I don't think I am better than anyone else. The guy challenging me who even lead better than me. I am in that position because of concidence and people's preferences, not because I believe I have the right to lord over others.

It seems like everyone who did this quiz and posted their results ended up with some form of a leader designation.
