Thank-you HG! And happy new year to you too! Just want to take the added opportunity to say thanks to you for all your kind words of guidance and advice last year. Your insight and philosophies made a difference in my life. It's awesome to be living in the age of instant communication where strangers across the planet can give you insight from their experiences to try and help someone they will never meet in person. This might be a world filled with a lot of fucked up, shit people... But it's people like you, Blue, Impresswho, Dofacc, Reallyniceariesperson and the other regulars on here who prove there are just as many good people in this world too. You have all helped me in very dark hours and been the little shining lights of hope and love from afar being sent in from the universe. Like voices of angels if you wish...

We are very lucky to be able to have help coming to us like this. Even 20 years ago, it would have been impossible and we would have had to shoulder all our shit on our own -- especially if the people in our immediate environments didn't appreciate our perspective on life and the way we live it. Must have been harsh times being misunderstood by those closest to us and not having others like us to turn to for understanding and encouragement. Or even just to express ourselves in an understanding, non-judgmental environment where our differences aren't important.

Thank-you all for your kindness and I wish you joy, love and for life to be kinder to us after last year xxx

Thanks Heroic??_I notice 2011 was just another challenge in my life. I hope to that 2012 brings more love peace and balance into my being. Right now, people are throwing jabs at me and lord knows it hurts but oh well. It is what it is??_can't change people but I can change myself. Whatever people give to me I am giving it back 10 fold.

I just read an article on the Uranus and Pluto revolutionary cycle , it makes sense with what is going on in the world now all these movements in New York and Russian. But how does it affect Aries specifically? Or is everyone affected?

I don't know about you guys, but 2012 has been flippen EPIC so far! I cant remember the last time I've had so much fun and been so active!
Right now, I'm SO stiff, I can hardly walk from all the exercise and outdoor activity I've been gorging myself in!
I've had three straight days of full on awesomeness!
I've also been in the most positive mood and although everything is still a question mark, I have the most exciting things to look forward to. I'm really happy where I'm at right now! I feel like a completely different person to the last week of 2011!

So, we all had a major shake, rattle and roll happen in our lives last year, but for me it seems that as the clock struck midnight and one second into 2012, my charmed life decided it was going to make its grand re entry into my existence. Have you guys also felt thIngs 180 for the best?

After being so unhappy last year, losing/quitting my shit office job, finding myself back home with my parents in SA, not a cent to my name.... all those confrontations.... NOW: it's just one ray of sunshine after another in my life. I've got my self-assuredness back, I'm working for myself -- as a freelance travel writer for a few magazines and getting the most amazing press trip offers... Granted I'm still at home at my parents place for now and still working up to enough money each month to move out or go oversees again, but I've got my friends, my family (which are all doing so much better than they were in December) and I know who I am and I'm not letting other people's opinions get to me... life is awesome again and I can't contain my excitement for my life! I wake up every morning brimming with ideas and can't wait to get up and start working! I even worked on sunday because i was so excited about where my life is headed! Like WTF!!! Who does that?? Haha! I'll tell you who! Someone who's stoked on life right now!

I must agree with lotuslily, 2012 is so different from last year. I've been very happy, excited and busy like never before.
