It's all about ME!

Want to post a series of messages here ,just to elicit what fellow Ariens think. It may help some us as well.

"An Aries bumper sticker could be ?It's all about ME!? If this phrase invokes images of narcissistic egomaniacs, you have tuned into the lower, unconscious manifestation of Aries. However, at higher levels of awareness these words can be a touchstone for self-empowerment and taking full responsibility for our lives.

One of the main lessons our inner Aries has to teach us is to look to ourselves as the cause of all the effects that happen in our lives. Have you ever noticed how many Aries attract one challenging situation after another? Dramas seem to unfold like clockwork in their lives. All these situations give Aries a chance to notice how they are projecting, and as a consequence, what they are attracting. Over time Aries learns that who I am determines what I create.

We all have Aries energy in our birth chart. So while the Sun is in Aries, we have a chance to take our Aries lessons seriously. The ultimate Aries goal is to align our personality with our soul. Achieving soul identity is a lifelong pursuit. A major turning point in our lives occurs when we decide to consciously focus in the direction of our soul. Committing our life to discovering our soul and to aligning our personality with our soul makes our journey through the rest of the zodiac much more purposeful and meaningful."

Has any of U faced this dilemma - of having to make a choice between the wordly ( utterly ) and the unexplored ?

Personally, I feel that chasing the ordinary makes me boring in my own view and doing what my spirit dictates makes me ride rough-shod over others.

GT, If U ask me, then currently itz about one question - " Have I been used ? "

At the moment am only aware of what I have got - a body, mind and a spirit. I don't know of what use I am but in the end I have to make sure that I am used to my satisfacion.

For me, in terms of action it would translate into discovering what I can offer. Mind U, the fundamental motivation is not to help others. Instead, the task has to be all-consuming which shall prevent me from thinking that am of no use.

I read this astrology book recently Collins or something..can't remember....and at the end of each sign there is a life lesson section...for both Aries & Scorpio, the lesson for life is "to learn the meaning of selfless love"

Aries & Sag, coupled as they are - an adventure waiting to happen!

Trine signs are always of the same element (fire, air, water or earth) and they just "click." This could be one fiery hot Love affair where committment is most certainly the outcome. Aries is adventurous, but it is Sagittarius who will teach Aries a thing or two about adventure because Sagittarius is the consummate gypsy of the zodiac. They are adventure magnets and irresistible to one another. Neither party has to be joined at the hip to the other, although they just may want to because they could be "adventure-some" soulmates. This coupling-up may have to keep one bag packed at all times because adventure is just a phone call away. If it's too expensive to fly, no problem . . . they'll drive! Busy, busy, busy. These are two very intense and creative signs just waiting for something to explode. IF they work together, it can actually work, but it will definitely be a challenge. There's a lot of head-butting by the ram and tail stinging by scorpion going on here, which only adds fuel to this already hot relationship. Both Aries and Scorpio are ruled by aggressive pounding Mars. This relationship is loud, intense and active. It's also competitive; meaning that both parties want to be right more than they want to be in Love. The appetite in the bedroom is extreme and hot . . . They will probably have to decide right away who is going to wear the pants under which conditions, but after that's all ironed out, it's a great relationship. Leo may have to invoke her sunny disposition to calm aggressive Aries down a few notches, but they both seem to enjoy dramatic behavior and this suits them just fine. These two will have tons to talk about and their idea sharing can literally manifest huge success in the creativity department. Aries is the most creative sign, while Leo rules the 5th house of creativity. It's a match made in creative Heaven. The fire in this bedroom is shear ecstasy.

I have not interacted with any Gemini female much, but this may interest U -

COUPLED-UP THEY ARE: - busy playing genius mind games with each other for sport and intellectually. Life is basically one big party!

These two signs are "sextile" each other which makes getting along fairly easy. They are Good for each other. "Sextile" means there is a 60? angle between the two signs. In other words, there is one sign in between Aries and Gemini (Taurus is between them).

Both individuals in this couple will move through Life quickly alone, much less being coupled up with one another. It doesn't matter what it is, they are two bouncing balls, bouncing around the planet. They are such an excitable couple that everything sounds like a Good time. They will pick each other's brain until they pick an argument, then they forget about it two minutes later, turn to the other and ask, "Where do you wanna go eat?" Each will get bored as quickly as the other and the biggest glitch these two will run into is what will they do when they are BOTH bored. The Good news about this twosome is they are both "thinkers." They are intellectuals and may even get to the point of communicating with each other without speaking. One may glance at their partner without speaking a word, while the other one says, "I know!" In the bedroom, the Gemini will be able to keep up with the charging ram.

Getting back to the original question or as I have understood it: the world or whatever it is is never about me. What I feel sometimes is that I may have to undertake a fight which always seems to benefit others perhaps more than me. It's usually stupid silly things, but let's say I'm standing in a line, and there's some weird situation I'll talk to people around me, get there take on things. Find out no one has said anything, that's when I take a deep breath and fight for justice. 😉 And that's for all.

Well..Mistery , thanks for joining in. Let me share my thoughts on what U have just described. Even I used to think in a similar way about the situations where others chose not to react and I had to put up a resistance which benefited others ( not my battles, so to speak). But I have gradually come to realize that I derive satisfaction not exactly out of the fact that people are happier but by the fact that I made it possible by my actions. I guess therez a subtle difference between the two and the feeling which I personally have is more selfish than altrusitic. For me, itz more important to undertake endeavours and prove my potency to myself but of course the manifestations which verify the efficiency of the act are external.

Perhaps, Gaurav, Aries is one of the few signs that acknowledge and use their power. Everyone is capable of it yet few are willing to ACT on it. That is where we get the bad rap of being brash & overly aggressive. But if it is done for the sake of justice and others benefit from it, we can't be that bad, now can we?

Very valid points, Mistery. In fact some of the folks who have power recognize it and indeed exercise it just to extend and perpetuate their influence over others. As for the bad rap for being brash and discovering if thatz actually bad - the touchstone would be the answers to the following :

1. Do we admit to our faults when we go wrong in our efforts ?
2. Do we feel comfortable when others too decide to wield power and use it wisely ?
3. Are we secure in our potential and conduct ?
4. Are we aware and sensitive toward others' needs, beliefs and motivations and understand that therez diverse life outside of the text-book ?

I understand that am pushy and I feel quite helpless about it at times. And there are occassions when I do badger people just because am plain envious. I don't know whether I compensate it sufficiently when I assert that my fundamental aspiration is to see that no onez unhappy.

Its takes a bigger man to admit his mistakes....
