Need help understanding this Aries man

I have been talking to an Aries man for some months, we have this great connection and get along really well. We laugh at the same things. he has always been the one to say hello first in the morning and not a day would go by that we wouldnt talk. So lately I had been wanting to ask where things were going etc. So i had a birthday party at the weekend where he bought me chocolate and red roses and in the card he gave me wrote "you have been an awesome addition in my life this year". I mean hello.
however as the night went on i drank a lot and when he was leaving he offered a lift to a lady which I got extremely jealous of. in my drunken and now emotional state I sent a msg to say he should delete my number and anything to do with me and that I really liked him but i couldnt deal with women like the one who hopped into his car. His response that morning was "where is all this coming from? we have never discussed any of this". I didnt reply the whole day until the following night when to be fair I had overcome my cringing and tried to explain to him where is was coming from. Well that was now 2 days ago and he hasnt replied nor called nothing. I have been frozen out. Now I am trying to understand him. Im not sure if I hurt him or made him angry in any way. and what should I do?

Well, you were drunk, people say silly things when they are in that state. He probably is just giving you some space so things can cool down. Also, maybe he's just busy.....Aries can be pretty tunnel vision when we want something done. He'll get back to you later.... after a couple of days send an apology text and explain the situation, and don't push him to reply or keep calling him. He might be confused and a bit turned off because we generally don't like clingy people, but I'm sure it will pass if you play it cool. Don't overthink it too much, just be straightforward and honest with him. What sign are you?

He's most likely just being stubborn. Probably upset that you took that long to respond. We don't like being ignored and now he's probably making you wait now. If he really likes you, he'll text you after growing tired of you not chasing him. Ignoring us will only make us want you more (if we really like you). Wait it out, he'll come around but that's if he really likes you. Be patient bc we can be really stubborn.

yeah we can definitely be stubborn, but in this case i don't know if it's him wanting to be that way for the sake of it...If someone i didn't know too well started saying all those things, I would think of that as being possessive and that would scare me off a bit. Aries hate being controlled. We control ourselves.

I agree... to an extent. If I like you, especially love you, I would want you to be possessive bc I know I can get that way sometimes. I think it depends on the person.

I totally get that probably my own insecurities from previous relationship came out and in that moment took it out on him. So basically I should just leave him to it and perhaps he will either get in touch or not. I hope he does cos it would be a shame to lose a great thing over my drunken stupidity. I have decided to lay off the booze lol

See my post on "When an Aries is angry with you..." from a couple days ago. I don't think he's necessarily angry, but as some of the insight mentioned from other post-era, he may feel uncomfortable with what happened. Are you a Leo? Because I pulled something similar the other night which got me into a similar mess lol.
