question for you aries people

Do you value friendships more than intimate relationships depending on the respect level.... ex.if your girlfriend or boyfriend told you you couldn't hang out with your closest friends would you dump them?

Is the boy/girlfriend a "lifer" or just someone you are 'dating' til the real thing comes along?
Do your friends have questionable habits like drugs, carjacking etc that the boyfriend takes exception to?

I would definitely dump the gf if she were to request that from me. However it would be unlikely that she will even progress to be my gf in the first place.

The closest friends that I have in my life are few and very high quality people that I would fight and die for in protecting and defending. These are friends that have been my rock in my hardest times of despair in life and I, in return, will give them everything of my soul. Someone new bouncing in my life asking me to get rid of them, no can do. I would be wondering why that person is wanting to isolate me from my dear friends and see it as a potential abusive or codependent relationship.

so then this is an aries trait then right? The example I gave wasn't a personal one but it was on my mind that I'm very protective over my friends because I have gained their respect and if I go into a relationship I have to be good friends with the person first so that they mean something to mean.... I was trying to figure out whether it was aries behavior or pisces behavior because my mercury and venus are in aries and I've watched a few pisces get into relationships and its like they crawl under a rock and ignore the world but I could never do that or change the way I am towards my friends so its obviously my aries influence right?....... thanks for the input

I can't write someone off just because my bf told me so, if he has an issue he would need to deal with it, unless he knows something my friend did or said that was unacceptable, then he would have to bring it forward and I would have to decide based on that.
