If your lover was to say to you that you need new friends because everyone else is boring and does not want to do anything fun and exciting what would be your answer?
Well I mentioned to my lover that I needed new friends and he said that I did not need new friends because I can't trust new people and they are going to want something from me. I told him that everybody is not like that and I just want some cool friends that share the same interest as me and then he said that they will want sex from me. I was dumbfounded as to why he would assume that. I told him I did not say that I needed to find other people to date I said friends and I did not mention having new male friends... which I think the normal person would assume that the person is referring to the same sex right?? Then he says well women these days are turning other women out..lol WTF..lol I sort of got offended and I asked did he think that I was this gullible naive person that didn't know how to hold my own. He didn't answer as quickly as I wanted him too, but he says why wouldn't I think that people would not want sex from me. I asked him where is this coming from? And he mentioned the fact that by me going out dancing and bowling the men are going to want to befriend me so that they can use me and have sex with me... I told him that I was aware that some men befriend women because they have intentions of having sex with them but that was not what I was talking about.
Do you all think that my lover has an indirect approach of showing jealousy?
Get away from this guy. He sounds like a controlling douche I went out with for far too long. When I told him I got a raise and promotion at my job, he said the reason was my bosses wanted to get into my pants. !!!!! REallY— What he's saying is projecting what he thinks about you onto other people and if you're only good for screwing in his eyes or he's suspicious it's because he's cheating since he's so insecure. Only be with people who truly value you or else they'll drag you down to make you feel like shit when you don't deserve it.
