My hubby is an aqua rising and he claimed that an aqua rising won't make other people feel awkward around them. I have not find anyone feel awkward around my husband.

Does Gem rising talks a lot? This girl doesn't talk and that's what make people around her feel awkward. Imagine sitting across someone who invited you for dinner but she doesn't even attempt to make a conversation with you. She has Cancer sun Cancer mercury Libra moon. Inner anxiety make sense. She was in a relationship with my bro who is cancer asc cap sun cap moon. I'd have anxiety too (inner and out) if I had relationship with the kind of man that my bro is.

The main thing I see about her is that she is arrogant and she makes people around her feel awkward.

My husband is an aqua rising and he has this quiet-confidence about him. She doesn't have this. In the last get together, she crouched in the corner and was on her phone (not talking but checking like she was online.) She doesn't mind showing that she is rather be elsewhere.

She is BIG on what other people has. i.e. material stuff. She is not rich herself but if you don't have a car then she would be bothered by it. She appears to be intimidated by my husband a lot.
