I'm new to this aspect of astrology so I need some help.
I have T-square from Moo: 29Leo35'30" to Sun: 7Gem30'43" and Ura: 2Sag24'39".

Someone suggested that my missing piece is in 30' Aquarius. "In your case, I *think* it's 30?? Aquarius (specifically, 29?? Aqua35'30)."

Then someone else suggested I had a grand cross. "If you had a planet at 29?? Aqua, it would have formed a grand cross, far worse than a T square."

Now I'm more confused than I was cause no where on my astro.com chart does it say I have a grand cross, only thing close to that is:
Grand Trine with Moo: 29Leo35'30" and Ven: 28Ari04'18" and Nep: 26Sag10'10"

I will want to understand all of this and how it applies to me. Please help!

You don't have a grand cross. A t-square is a grand cross minus one aspect. So, the person who said this was merely stating that you could have had it worse if you had had that one other aspect (which is where the aquarius comment comes from) that would turn the t-square into a grand cross. A grand trine is different from both of these things and from what I understand, it's generally a good thing. It's different from a grand gross and t-squares in that in brings out more of the qualities associated with the signs involved. It doesn't hinder you like a t-square or grand cross may.

You t-square just means that you will have hurdles and obstacles but if you overcome them you can be really successful.
