Aquarius-Pisces cusp with Scorpio moon guy

So I've had some history with this guy, whom I never quite understood, and so we kind of drifted apart. He's always been very difficult, both at the time we liked each other, and later as friends. Now I calculated his chart out of curiosity (maybe to find an explanation for his weird behavior?) and there it is: Aquarius Pisces cusp with Scorpio moon. That really sounds like a placement just as difficult as he is. But since I'm still only learning all this, I was wondering if you could help me interpret his chart, and reasons why that might have made him so difficult to deal with. Feel free to ask for more info about him and/or his chart 🙂

what do you mean by difficult? is he difficult to communicate with? weird odd behaviors? what is it?

I'm really not sure how to describe it, it's just weird and odd in every single way. And this is an aqua saying that lol
he is difficult to understand most of the times, constantly pushing forward then pulling back again. Socially awkward big time. Sometimes hypersensitive, other times completely careless and insensitive towards others. Sometimes blatantly honest, other times he seems to have hidden motives. Very inconsistent in his behavior, unreliable, but doesn't give a shit about what people say or think. I also get the feeling that he's very egocentric, at least he really has no one in his life that he actually cares about. Completely isolated in his own world, super weird, very artistic and inspired, however hardly anyone is on his level.

It's kind of hard to pin his personality down, that's why I'm here.
What happened between us was (about two years back) that I crushed on him a little bit after he kissed me out of nowhere at a party, and he had confessed to me that he likes me a lot and feels like we can really connect. After the kiss, I kind of expected another move from him but nothing happened. Instead, he did the same to two or three other girls in the course of the next two months. I was hurt and pissed, but eventually moved on. Until over a year later he asks me to meet up and apologizes for everything and says he really regrets not asking me out then (i was dating someone at that time). awkward.

im here blinking my eyes in confusion , seems like he got a complex personality, have you tried to check out his sun-moon combo?
with aqua people, I realized that the only way to understand them is to not try to , I take what they do as what it is, I just accepted the fact that they are odd weird people, also I don't try to analyze them or put expectations which helps me see them as what they are. try to do that.

Haha as an aqua, I find my own and fellow aqua's behavior normally quite reasonable 😄 I've also checked online descriptions of Aqua/Scorpio moon but they are often quite vague plus they're missing the Pisces cusp. I was hoping, the astro pros on here have any ideas on this combo, or maybe someone has experiences?
