I have been dating an aquarius, very aquarius, male for 2 years and love him very much. He isn't confident in himself and beats himself up a lot on that. He decided that he wanted a break so he could work on himself because he feels he can't put the time into our relationship though he loves me. He says he hopes that he can figure it all out and then we can get back to having a good relationship. I am not the type of woman who needs her man by her side all the time, every day. I've been very accepting of the fact that he has needed time to figure out what he needs, and so this was a shock. I asked him several times if he was sure it was a break and not a break up that he actually wanted and he told me.. to the point he seemed annoyed, that no he wants a break, to remain friends, and i can do as i please but he won't be seeing anyone just working on himself (though i can tell by the tone, doing what i please did not mean, who.. as in no one else). He said I put it best.. he wants some time to think about things, us still talk but him focus on him and not worry about if i'm ok, talk in awhile and probably get together when he gets his thoughts together. Has anyone run across this with these men? Is he being honest to your experience? Should I move on? And is there anything I can do to help him settle his thoughts or sort them out? Or can anyone see the future and just tell me, lol! Gotta have some humor!
