Aries man flirty at work but does he like me?

Got this Aries man at work flirting with me and I'm not sure if he likes me or not. He goes out of his way to talk to me in matters that don't even deal with work at all. He asks me when I'm working next. He teases me about things. Play-fights. Etc. Recently a coworker asked me if him and I had a thing going on and I said no because honestly we aren't saying "I like you" and agreeing on dating or anything were just being playful.... but at what point is it beyond playful, you know? I told this Aries man about the coworker's question and he just said "huh." ... like he didn't have anything to say about it, really. He continued to be playful with me even after telling him that. we agreed that we both didn't care what people thought of us. He said "they're just jealous." We were both slow to start any kind of friendship with one another too which is odd because we're both impatient Aries. He's always been very cute with me. I just don't know how to interpret his behavior anymore. We don't have each other's numbers or anything since we can't due to work... but idk if he would even exchange numbers with me at all anyway if that were the case. Aries are usually go-getters im just confused because work is involved as well.

Help! Haha

Aries men are big flirts. Sounds like he's just being playful unless he asks you out on a date.

We can't "date" because of work so I'm wondering if that's why he doesn't ask me?

Ay idk. I mean he's leaving soon so he might have the chance of exchanging numbers. But either way I'm uncertain
