Birth chart

I'm still not 100% sure about my ascendant and whether it's Pisces or Scorpio. When I did my birth chart from Cafe Astrology I've noticed that there's this 'time zone' box, does it mean the time zone of the country that I was born in? Do I need to reset it or is that automatically done depending on the country/time of birth? The reason I'm asking is because when I put in all my birth details the 'time zone' just comes up as -8, then I have pisces rising. However if I reset it to the time zone of my birth country which is +8 then my rising shows up as Scorpio..

Really confused, someone please help

Some charting sites will do the time zone calculation for you automatically, as long a you put in your exact t/o/b correctly, as some sites use military time. I like astrotheme the best, overall.. I LOVE LOVE that place..lol

Hey Bella, actually I kind of knew I must have strong water element somewhere even before doing my birth chart. I'm quite an emotional person even though trying to hide it sometimes, very intuitive and extremely secretive when it comes to my privacy and I can be very shy and quiet at big social gatherings and feel much more at ease with one to one conversation.. So does that sounds like the typical scorp rising?😉
