It is most comfortable expressing the energy in which it receives dignity (e.g. sun in leo) and so opposite that is the sign of detriment (aquarius). Sun "exalts" in aries and the sign opposite is where it falls, libra.

moon is not good for Scorpio. If you follow tennis you know that RF is considered the best player. He has a lot of charisma and skill which somes from leo sun and gemini midheaven. Since you are a lovely aqua it should be a nice little cooling effect for you. It may be weak but it is not that bad for air sun since air and water complement each other quite nicely.
