How reliable are relationship compatibility charts

So...I just did a free internet compatibility rating for me and my beau. It came back that we are ZERO percent compatible. The thing actually said enjoy it now bc it will not last. Lol

Now I knew tht there were some differences in the way we express our affections and our communication style s but I never thought it was anything we couldn't work through! So for good measure I did a compatibility rating for me and one of my close girlfriends, we but heads so much it's not even funny. It said we where about 50% compatible. I swear I really can't stand her personality but we've been friends so long we are like sisters, so if she's not around there is a void. Even more interesting is when I did me and my ex we were 100% compatible! Go figure!

My question is, how reliable are these internet compatibility ratings in your honest opinions?

The problem with that sort of test is that it's impersonal and only looks at chart aspects. That doesn't tell if a person is a selfish, immature asshole, or not.

It was actually true for my ex and I due to some placement we had it stated that our relationship would always experience breaks in connection with each other and although there would be times that we would be really connected, there will always be something that will come between us and keep us from connecting fully and something always did. So I finally got tired of the inconsistency and moved on.

I personally don't believe in the percentages like 100% etc. but trines, squares, etc. from each chart is pretty spot on.

I just tried it with me and the ex-'husband'-- and it said 76%

Then, with me and the ex I still talk to regularly and it said 37%

So it's crap.
