As of late, change has been a big to do in my dept (the whole Uni really). The Leo I'm under is all about it (shoving it down my throat), the Scorp goes with it, and myself, well, I'm a Cap, of course I want to stick with the tried and true.
In any case, I found it interesting. The Leo and the Scorp are more originators of change (that makes sense from an astrological standpoint)... all for it, let's go, no questions asked (risk takers 😛). Myself (and, I'm guessing most Caps), Conservers, or as I termed it in the seminar "Preservers", we want to preserve and hold onto what works, why change it?
Personally, this has resulted in a lot of contention in my unit. The Leo pushes, (the Scorp goes with it), I resist. The Leo views my not going along with his suggestions as being obstinate - hell, he won't even listen to what I have to say or stats I present (bad, bad leader/supervisor in all reality as I see it!!).
So, thoughts on these ideas as it pertains to how different signs approach change... who are the conservers (want to preserve the tried and true) and who are the originators (embrace/encourage change)?
Oh, I'll try to get the test in tomorrow to measure where you fall on the spectrum... it's not available online.
