i feel like that too sometimes, but i think astrology is more about potential. because it's related to planetary movements and their influences on us...it's not as fatalistic as some religions. as in, if you look at how astrologers phrase their predictions, you'll see alot of 'may', 'could', 'possibly'. nothing is absolutely determined.

that to me says our fates are flexible, not set in stone. we have as much influence over our fate as anything else. and humans are so unpredictable. have you ever wondered why you were walking down a certain road when you decided to take a different route and met someone you ordinarily would never have come across?

my theory is we are tuned into the universe, but we have a hand in our fate and are not mindless vehicles of it. whereas with religion, the rules are the rules and there is little room to question. of course not every single religion is that way, i'm just talking about the majority of them.

Well that's the good thing about astrology.

Astrologers have NEVER claimed that astrology was an exact science or that it's followers should devote 100% belief in the system (b/c of other outside factors that affect personality, etc.)

So if it's own creators are telling ya not to trade astrology with religion then the person who actually does is clearly an idiot

Astrology is pretty coincidental & interesting, but I take everything I know about astrology with a grain of salt. It's not something I base my entire human beliefs on
